Identify and describe at least five core ethical values expected of ministers with supporting scripture references. 3. Explain the concept of accountability in ministry and list the four types of accountability relevant to ministry settings. 4. Recognize common ethical pitfalls in ministry and propose appropriate preventive measures to avoid them. 5. Demonstrate understanding of personal and collective responsibility by outlining safeguards and best practices for maintaining ethical conduct in ministry. 6. Apply biblical ethics to practical ministry scenarios, including the management of finances, relationships, and team dynamics. 7. Analyze a case study involving ethical breaches and recommend steps for balancing grace and accountability within a ministry team.
