List and explain the six key components of a strong drama ministry team and their relevance to ministry effectiveness. 3. Differentiate between a drama ministry team and a secular theatre group, citing at least two key differences in purpose and structure. 4. Outline the five-step process of building a Spirit-led drama ministry team, including seeking God’s direction, recruiting, and training. 5. Analyze at least two common challenges in drama ministry teams (e.g., gossip, lack of commitment), and propose appropriate spiritual and practical solutions for each. 6. Demonstrate understanding of unity-building practices by designing a sample team-building activity that promotes trust and love among team members. 7. Assess the spiritual maturity of a fictional team scenario and recommend specific formation strategies (e.g., group devotions, prayer retreats) to strengthen the team.
