Describe the structure and function of a creative team in Christian drama ministry. 2. Identify and explain the responsibilities of at least five key roles in a drama ministry creative team. 3. Demonstrate effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills in a simulated team scenario. 4. Analyze common team challenges (e.g., personality clashes, time mismanagement) and propose practical solutions grounded in biblical principles. 5. Construct a personal plan for contributing to a healthy team environment, including strategies for spiritual and interpersonal growth. 6. Differentiate between a worldly team and a Kingdom creative team, using at least four defining characteristics. 7. Evaluate how servant leadership principles apply to creative team dynamics and assess personal readiness to lead or serve in that capacity. 8. Collaborate with peers in creating and presenting a mock team structure and rehearsal strategy for a ministry production. These objectives ensure that the course goes beyond head knowledge and fosters spiritual maturity, relational competence, and ministry effectiveness.
